Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to deliver compassionate homehealth nursing care and achieve outstanding clinical outcomes.
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation using the tablet provided by Aveanna.
• Support patients at home, ensuring adherence to health?related requirements and regulations.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered RN license in the state in which the clinician will practice. Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification (with hands?on component) Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire if necessary.
• TB skin test current within last 12 months.
• Six months prior hands?on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation.
