Amoroso Woodridge is seeking a qualified, dedicated, and compassionate Van Driver for our skilled nursing facility in Harrisburg, PA. This is a FULL-TIME position, every other weekend. This position is responsible for the safe transportation of our residents to doctors' appointments, outings, or other destinations. We are looking for a candidate with a passion for serving older persons and persons with disabilities. The hours are normally 8:30- 4:30 but could be changed based on transportation needs.
Qualifications
· Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent desired.
· Clean driving record.
· Ability to commute or relocate to the Harrisburg Area.
· Must be dependable and punctual.
· CNA certification preferred but not required.
· Long Term Care experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
· Transport residents to and from doctors' appointments and outings.
· Ensure the residents are safe and comfortable during transportation.
· Maintain a clean driving record during employment.
· Crossed trained in other ancillary departments for the ability to fill in when no transportation needs are scheduled.
