Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To - Install kitchen and bath remodeling components such as cabinetry, countertops, tile, fixtures, vanities, flooring, and accessories.
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials with precision to ensure a clean, professional finish.
- Perform tile work, including but not limited to, bathrooms, floors and backsplashes with strong attention to detail and alignment.
- Ensure all installations meet manufacturer guidelines, project specifications, and client expectations.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site, adhering to OSHA and company safety protocols.
- Communicate clearly with project managers and homeowners to ensure smooth project execution.
- Represent the company professionally, demonstrating respect for the client's home and property.
Qualifications - Proven experience in residential remodeling or specialized trade work (kitchen/bath installation, carpentry, tile setting, etc.).
- Preferred: Certified Tile Installer (CTI) or equivalent certification.
- Proficiency in using tools and equipment for remodeling tasks.
- Ability to read plans, blueprints, and detailed installation instructions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred.
- Excellent communication and professionalism in client interactions.

Schedule - Full-time
- Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work based on project demands
