Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for the Open Heart Team in the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) at Christiana Hospital. This full-time role involves primarily day shifts with flexibility for mid shifts and on-call duties, focusing on providing excellent clinical care for cardiac surgery patients. Candidates must have RN licensure, OR and Open Heart experience, with a $50,000 sign-on bonus available for eligible hires.

Full-time - Day shift - 10hr shifts, start time 0630, 0700, or 0730. Monday-Friday but will require flexibility to work the Mid shifts and take Open Heart Call, as required.

We are currently recruiting for a full-time experienced Registered Nurse to work in our Operating Room on the Open Heart Team at Christiana Hospital in Newark, DE. The selected RN will be an upbeat Operating Room Registered Nurse with Open Heart experience who wants to be a part of a growing operating room team passionate about providing excellent clinical outcomes through caring service to our patients and their families. This position shift is predominately a Day shift and Monday-Friday but will require flexibility to work the Mid shifts and take Open Heart Call, as required.
Requirements:
BSN preferred or Commitment to obtaining within three years of date of hire can be considered with relevant experience.
Current RN licensure required
3 years or more Operating Room experience required
2-3 years of Open Heart Team experience
The successful and CVOR-experienced candidate may be eligible for a $50,000 s ign-on bonus to be paid over a period of 24 months
