Part-Time Temporary Bookkeeper (Approx. 16 hours/week, Onsite in Telford, PA)
Quality Lab Accessories (QLA), a trusted leader in dissolution accessories, is seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Bookkeeper to support our Accounting team on a temporary, part-time basis. While this role is temporary, there is no defined end date at this time.
About the Role
The Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial tasks including data entry, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoicing. Success in this position requires more than technical bookkeeping skills — it calls for excellent organizational habits, the ability to juggle multiple priorities, and strong follow-up with internal departments. This is an in-office role offering up to 16 hours per week with a flexible schedule.
What You’ll Do
Perform accurate bookkeeping and financial recordkeeping
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoicing
Reconcile transactions and maintain organized financial documentation
Work closely with other departments (Engineering, Production, Shipping, and Accounting) to ensure order-related financials are tracked and completed on time
Support other accounting and administrative tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
Prior bookkeeping experience required; QuickBooks experience preferred
Strong organizational skills with proven methods for tracking and following through on tasks (beyond flagged emails)
Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
Ability to manage multiple tasks, communicate clearly across departments, and meet deadlines
High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred
Must be able to work onsite at our Telford, PA location (no remote work available)
