Seeking an Experienced  Paralegal

at Newland & Newland, LLP

This position is for our office in Libertyville, IL (South Central Lake County).

We need an experienced litigation paralegal to join our team and help our clients.

The practice areas include foreclosure defense litigation, various civil litigation, probate, trusts and estates, real estate. 

Our firm enjoys an outstanding reputation for helping people.

*Litigation experience is required.

*Minimum 2 years of prior work experience at a law firm required

Any type of litigation experience is acceptable.

This position will be responsible for important work, including:

- Drafting of various documents including court pleadings

- Filing Court Pleadings Online

- Extensive client contact

- Insuring deadlines are satisfied

- Managing files thru our case management system, Clio.

This is a full-time job in our Libertyville office. There may be opportunity eventually for remote work. There is an opportunity for bonus compensation for those who can demonstrate their profitability.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary commensurate with experience and ability.

Between $55,000 and $75,000 plus benefits and bonuses.
