Logistics Coordinator (m/f/d)

We are looking for a capable and motivated team player to fill the role of the Logistics Coordinator located in Fort Mill, USA.


Your tasks:

• Receiving: all deliveries (import, domestic), unpacking and inspection of all receiving goods, complaint process
• Shipping: export shipment process, communication with freight forwarder (DHL, FedEX, UPS...), shipping analysis, sample and demo management
• Inventory management: maintain up-to-date inventory, control quantities, physical inventory counting
• Purchasing: office and warehouse supplies, monthly commission log

Your skills:

• Experience in logistics is beneficial
• Able to use hand tools safely and properly
• Experienced with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), general computer-skills
• Team-oriented and self-motivated
• Detail-focused and accountable
• Reliable and adaptable
• Fluent speaking and writing in English
• Spanish and/or German is beneficial but not a must
• Experience in MS Dynamics and Salesforce is beneficial but not a must
