Orthopedic Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

Employment Type: Full-Time | Outpatient Only

Location: Upstate New York Hudson Valley Region

A well-established, community-focused healthcare system in the Hudson Valley is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its growing Orthopedic Surgery practice . This is a 100% outpatient role offering strong physician collaboration, specialty training, and excellent worklife balance.

Youll work alongside a seasoned orthopedic team in a modern clinic environment, supported by an experienced administrative staff and a robust referral network.

What you'll do:

• Evaluate and manage orthopedic patients in an outpatient setting
• Collaborate closely with orthopedic surgeons on treatment planning
• Provide follow-up care, patient education, and documentation
• Participate in a structured training model with physician mentorship
• Contribute to a high-quality, patient-first orthopedic service line

Schedule and Practice Details:

• Outpatient orthopedic clinic only
• Schedule: 5 10-hour shifts (MondayThursday)
• Call: Approximately 1:3
• No inpatient rounding

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive base salary ($110,000$150,000 DOE)
