About On Demand Roles

Work as much or as little as you like, with a flexible schedule. You can create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime app. Active engagement and responsiveness are required. Regular attendance and minimum shift participation are necessary to maintain employment.

Role Responsibilities

As an On-Demand TM, you will be contacted periodically for shifts, and you must respond promptly. Attendance and shift participation are essential. You will attend a Target orientation and undergo structured training. Post-training, you can select shifts through the myTime app.

About Small Formats

This team ensures product availability, pricing, and presentation in our smallest stores, providing exceptional guest service across various duties including cashiering, stocking, and maintaining store presentation.

Qualifications and Skills

• Guest service fundamentals and a guest-first attitude
• Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory and sales trends
• Ability to support daily workload and meet sales goals

Typical Daily Tasks

• Greeting guests warmly and assisting based on body language and cues
• Supporting store departments with stocking, signing, inventory accuracy, and cleanliness
• Executing price changes, system audits, and inventory management
• Supporting guest services such as cashiering and order pickup

Ideal Candidate Traits

• Energetic, team-oriented, and customer-focused
• Flexible, reliable, and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Capable of lifting up to 44 pounds and working in varying temperatures
