Job Details We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our busy Matrimonial & Family Law practice. This position offers an opportunity to work on high-volume, complex matters in a collaborative and well-respected firm environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of matrimonial and family law cases, including motion practice, discovery, and court appearances
- Draft pleadings, settlement agreements, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail
- Handle hearings, mediations, and client meetings with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on trial preparation and strategy development
Qualifications:
- 4–10 years of Family Law experience, with strong court and motion practice skills
- 1,750 annual billable hour expectation
- Excellent legal writing, analytical, and negotiation abilities
- Proven ability to manage a busy caseload independently while meeting deadlines
- Active and in good standing New Jersey Bar admission
