Job Description
Integrity Trade Services is immediately hiring a full-time Janitorial to join our Indianapolis team!
The Janitorial is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe facility both inside and out. This includes cleaning common areas, supporting low-scale building maintenance, and ensuring the warehouse remains neat and organized. Daily tasks vary depending on operational needs.
Hours & Pay:Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $18.00 – $19.00/hour (DOE)
Janitorial experience preferred
Certified forklift operator – required
Must be able to read, write, and speak English
Ability to self-manage and prioritize daily tasks
Must pass a background check and hair follicle drug screening
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Daily manual cleaning of the warehouse to minimize lint buildup
Groundskeeping tasks such as mowing and trimming
Minor repairs and daily use inspections
Receiving and shelving incoming deliveries
Cleaning common areas including breakrooms, offices, and restrooms
Collecting and removing trash
Using ladders and basic tools safely
Cooperating with other departments and maintaining a team-oriented attitude
