Interim HealthCare is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team of compassionate healthcare professionals as a Start of Care (SOC) Nurse in our Home Health division. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients beginning their home health care journey. You will assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. Our focus is on providing patient-centered services tailored to individual needs, ensuring the highest level of care in the comfort and privacy of patients homes.
