Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service and create a welcoming environment
• Assist guests with scanning, bagging, and product inquiries
• Promote Target benefits, loyalty programs, and app features
• Handle returns, de-escalate issues, and recover guest satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support store operations, including stocking and safety compliance

Qualifications

• Enjoy working in a lively, team-oriented environment
• Passionate about providing excellent guest service
• Enjoy interacting with people and solving concerns
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift merchandise up to 44 pounds and work in varying temperatures
