Key Responsibilities:Assist with planning, setup, execution, and breakdown of community outreach events and nonprofit marketing campaigns
Coordinate on-site logistics to ensure smooth and seamless event operations
Organize and manage event supplies, promotional materials, and branded displays
Collect data and provide feedback on event performance and attendee engagement
Support live promotions and public relations activities alongside team leads
Help onboard and mentor new team members as our events department expands
Deliver an engaging and professional experience to all guests and donors at events
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Outgoing, energetic personality with a passion for community engagement and public service
Quick learner and team player who thrives in fast-paced, face-to-face environments
Self-starter with a proactive, hands-on approach to event coordination
Comfortable interacting with diverse audiences in public spaces
