Job Description
We are looking for a talented professional at the front desk who is able to communicate effectively and professionally with patients. The ideal candidate is bright, with good organizational skills, able to multi-task and prioritize. A dental background is REQUIRED. Assistants and Lab tech's welcome. This is a part-time position, approximately 25 hours per week.
```Duties```- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office - Schedule appointments and manage the dental office calendar - Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries - Verify insurance coverage and assist with billing processes - Maintain patient records and update medical information as necessary - Follow HIPAA guidelines to maintain patient confidentiality ```Qualifications```- Previous experience as a dental receptionist preferred - Knowledge of dental office procedures and terminology - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping Join our team as a Dental Receptionist and contribute to creating a positive experience for our patients.
