Administrative Assistant
LHH is proactively recruiting for an Administrative Assistant in Hackettstown, NJ. This is a Contract role (Temp). It is 100% onsite. Looking for a candidate who loves to write and proofread. The anticipated pay range is between $20-$21/hr.

Responsibilities:
Handle and coordinate active calendars
Scheduled and confirmed meetings
Ensured file organization based on office protocol
Transcribe and type correspondence, technical documents, and other project related materials
Compose reports and proofread documents before submitting
Conduct research

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Journalism, Business Admin, or any other related field
Must have good written and verbal communication skills
Must be good at Proofreading as they are looking at a lot of documents
1 year in an office environment
Ability to multitask
Proficient in MS Office Suites

 

Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
