Essential Duties & Responsibilities Execute clinical trial procedures and subject care while complying with Good Clinical Practice, regulatory and protocol requirements (75% of time). Communicate subject or trial procedure information to the Operations Supervisor, Charge Nurse, Investigators, Project Managers and Project Coordinators to ensure safety and integrity of subjects and data collection. Ensure compliance with GCP, regulatory and protocol requirements. Record study data and maintain source documentation according to Good Documentation Practices. Maintain knowledge of research protocols and attend education sessions provided to research staff involved in conducting trial procedures. Support study/project teams; review source documents, review clinical procedures, draft new procedures or revisions to existing procedures. Know, understand, and follow teammate guidelines, employment policies and department or company procedures. Provide consistent, regular, punctual attendance as scheduled. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the clinical research unit and assist with inventory, order and stocking of food, linens and supplies (10% of time). Assist with equipment maintenance and calibration program as needed. Provide input for TM performance evaluations and assist with TM orientation and training (10% of time). Other duties as assigned (5% of time). Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; a minimum 2‑year technical degree or higher strongly preferred. At least 1 year of clinical research experience (or 2 years for senior level assistant). Phlebotomy skills, Medical Assistant or medical background strongly preferred. Ability to work early morning, evening/night/weekend shifts as necessary to support study schedules. Attention to detail and organization skills. Strong data entry skills.
