💼 Schedule: 7pm to 7:30am

Are you ready to join a high-performing manufacturing team working with cutting-edge chemical processes and state-of-the-art equipment? Were looking for a dedicated, safety-focused Chemical Production Operator to help keep our operations running smoothly, efficiently, and safely.

🔧 What Youll Do

🛡 Safety & Compliance

• Follow all operating procedures and safety rules to maintain a safe working environment
• Participate in 5S & SFTI initiatives
• Maintain audit-ready work areas with clean, organized, and compliant documentation
• Report injuries, near misses, and incidents in WSO
• Work in accordance with cGMP (21 CFR 210 & 211)

Manufacturing Operations

• Operate reactors, distillation columns, filters, and molecular sieves
• Monitor meters, gauges, and automated equipment
• Operate electric motors, pumps, and valves to regulate chemical flow
• Handle Highly Hazardous Chemicals safely (drums, totes, bulk tanks, cylinders, trucks)
• Adjust manual and automatic controls as needed
• Collect samples and submit to QC
• Adjust pH of discharged water when required
• Operate forklifts pallet jacks

📊 Process Control & Documentation

• Enter production data into SAP in real time
• Complete accurate manufacturing batch records (electronic + manual)
• Report alarms and take corrective actions
• Support and meet all production schedules and manufacturing goals
• Record operations and maintenance actions

🔧 Maintenance Coordination

• Submit work orders and coordinate repairs with Maintenance
• Inspect equipment regularly and identify repair needs

🎓 Qualifications

• 🎓 High school diploma or GED required
• 🔬 2+ years of experience working with Highly Hazardous Chemicals (HHCs)
• 📘 Ability to read/interpret safety rules, SOPs, operating instructions, and manuals
• Ability to write clear reports and correspondence
• 💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Office ; SAP experience is a plus
• Basic math skills
