Key ResponsibilitiesPerform general administrative duties such as data entry, document management, and record-keeping
Respond to emails, schedule meetings, and manage calendars
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other internal documents
Maintain organized digital filing systems
Provide basic support to various departments as needed
Help with customer inquiries and follow-up communications
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s or bachelor’s degree a plus)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
