Duties

• Perform water damage restoration services, including extraction and drying of affected areas.
• Conduct mold remediation processes to ensure safe and effective removal.
• Execute fire restoration tasks, helping to restore properties after fire damage.
• Utilize both power tools and hand tools for cleaning and restoration purposes.
• Perform scheduled cleaning services including carpet, tile, and air duct cleaning.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through effective communication and quality service.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines while on job sites to ensure personal and team safety.
• Document work performed and maintain accurate records of services provided.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the restoration industry is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of carpet cleaning techniques is a plus.
• Familiarity with water damage restoration processes is highly desirable.
• Experience with mold remediation practices is beneficial.
• Ability to effectively use power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license is required for transportation to job sites.

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.81 per hour
