Job Overview:

The main role of the Warehouse Associate is inventory prep and pull, and organization. You will also be part of the team responsible for receiving, vendor returns, fulfilling and organizing transfers to all retail locations and fulfilling customer pool and spa orders.

Responsibilities:

• Unload inbound shipments safely and move products to storage locations. Before storage, count all products, compare them to the manifest, and inspect shipments for damage. Report shortages, damages, or mis-shipments using the appropriate form and forward them to the supervisor. Efficiently stack and store merchandise in designated areas.

• Accurately pick customer orders for shipment, ensuring the correct quantity and type of product is selected. Transport orders to proper staging locations.

• Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free from damage. Report any quality variances.

• Move products from staging or storage areas onto trailers efficiently. Ensure all items are safely stacked, wrapped, and loaded in compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Safely and efficiently operate forklifts or other material handling equipment as required. Assist in loading or unloading merchandise as needed. Proficiency in operating a forklift is essential.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Comply with OSHA and SDS standards at all times.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 /hour

Qualifications:

• Comfortable in a highly physical, hands-on role, spending most of the day on your feet.

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly.

• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.

• Strong vision for both close work (documentation, systems) and distance tasks (assisting drivers with navigation).

• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures, weather conditions, dust levels, and noise levels.

• Ability to stock, retrieve, and move merchandise of various sizes and heights using ladders, moving stairs, and forklifts.

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.

• Basic computer skills, including Windows systems, MS Office, email, and internet usage.

• Equipment, dollies, and proper tools provided for handling heavy merchandise.

• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and positive attitude.
