The Warehouse Associate is responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of products within the warehouse. This role involves pick/pack operations, palletizing goods for shipment, operating various warehouse equipment, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Associate or similar role
• Must have FORKLIFT EXPERIENCE
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.

• Pay: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour

• Pick/Pack Operations:
  • Accurately pick items from inventory based on customer orders.
  • Pack products securely to prevent damage during shipping.
  • Label packages with shipping information and ensure proper documentation.
• Palletizing Goods:
  • Organize and stack products on pallets for shipment.
  • Ensure pallets are stable, secure, and meet shipping standards.
• Equipment Operation:
  • Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, scissor lifts, and cherry pickers.
  • Perform regular equipment checks and report any maintenance needs.
• Inventory Management:
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and transactions.
  • Assist in managing stock levels and reordering supplies as needed.
• General Warehouse Duties:
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
  • Assist with receiving and unloading incoming shipments.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Associate or similar role.
• Must have experience with forklift operation
• Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, scissor lifts, and cherry pickers.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to [specific weight]).
• Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.
• Offer of employment subject to drug and background screening. 

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
• Capacity to perform physical tasks that require repetitive motions.
• Able to lift up to 70 pounds.
