About The Role We seek a Vice President of Marketing to lead customer growth and lifetime value for our flagship restaurant/delivery business and app platform. Reporting to the SVP/General Manager, this leader will oversee Brand, Performance, and Retention Marketing. Responsibilities include: Develop and execute a holistic marketing and growth strategy to scale the business and meet KPIs Create omni-channel marketing plans, including launching new channels and optimizing existing ones Monitor business performance daily and react strategically Maintain existing location performance and execute expansion plans Collaborate with merchandising, product, and creative teams to drive growth Build and maintain partnerships with external vendors and media companies Experience Qualifications 10+ years in full-stack marketing, managing brand and growth teams in an omnichannel environment Expertise in acquisition and retention marketing across TV/Video, Social, Podcasts/Radio, Print, Email, etc. Experience building marketing programs from scratch Strong commercial sense and understanding of consumer behavior and competition Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders Proven track record of building high-performing teams Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $275,000/year.
