About the Role

The Company is in search of a strategic and collaborative Vice President of People and Talent to lead its team. The successful candidate will be tasked with setting and managing a comprehensive people operations strategy, which includes overseeing talent acquisition, HR operations, performance management, and leadership development. A key aspect of the role is to align the people operations with the organization's vision and to partner with the team to ensure a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. The VP of People and Talent will also be responsible for managing and growing talent, developing and executing learning and development strategies, and serving as a thought leader on HR trends and innovations. Applicants for the VP of People and Talent position at the company should have a deep commitment to equity, particularly in advancing racial equity, and a proven track record in this area. The ideal candidate will have at least 10-15 years' of relevant work experience, a college degree or equivalent, and a creative, data-driven approach to decision-making. Responsibilities also include coaching and guiding the team on people operations, supporting the creation of innovative tools and technology, and designing a talent acquisition strategy to attract and retain a diverse pipeline of talent.
