About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Affordable Acquisitions to lead the acquisition and redevelopment of affordable housing properties, with a focus on the West Coast region, particularly California. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire process, including structuring, underwriting, negotiating, and closing deals, as well as overseeing the rehabilitation and stabilization of projects. This role involves managing a team of acquisition professionals, serving as the Deal Team Leader, and having direct oversight of Associates and Analysts.
