Job Title: Unarmed Security Guard

Job Type: Full-Time

Duties:

• Conduct scheduled patrols at the Albany Field Office (AFO) facility, ensuring the security of the perimeter, buildings, and equipment.
• Monitor access points and report any signs of tampering or unauthorized entry.
• Operate within the observe-and-report protocol, immediately notifying authorities or designated personnel about any suspicious or criminal activities.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, such as intrusions or fires, by contacting emergency services and following outlined procedures.
• Lock and unlock the Bond Street gate according to the designated schedule.
• Maintain detailed daily patrol logs, documenting rounds, unusual activities, and incidents.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent, with at least 2 years of prior security experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and meet New York state security guard licensing requirements.
• Proficient in English with the ability to write clear and accurate reports.
• Physically capable of standing and walking for extended periods and performing required duties.
• Strong attention to detail, observational skills, and ability to follow safety protocols.
