ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Centennial, Colorado.

\nRN - PCU Float Pool Stepdown
\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM)
\n• Required to work 6-9 weekend shifts in a 6-week schedule
\n• Float within 60-mile radius zone throughout multiple PCU/IMC units
\n• No home base facility - assignments vary by schedule
\n• Patient ratios of 1:3-4 dependent on acuity
\n• Must have 2 years of PCU/IMC experience required
\n• Prior neuro experience preferred
\n• Epic experience preferred
\n• Must be comfortable titrating and managing cardiac drips, insulin, ativan, and heparin
\n• Common titratable drips include dopamine, dobutamine, cardizem, amio, ativan, insulin, and heparin
\n• Care for adult to geriatric population with various diagnoses including cardiac, neuro, ortho, oncology, renal, post-surgical patients
\n• Float to multiple specialty units including general, cardiac, neuro, oncology, rehab, renal, bariatrics, ortho, trauma, ED obs
\n• May be asked to float to other acuity levels including ICU and MS-Tele
\n• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), NIHSS, TNCC
\n• Any color scrubs allowed
\n• 1-2 days orientation with preceptor
\n• Epic charting system
\n• May be placed in holiday rotation
\n• Rare call/standby requirements for low census
\n• Hospital can cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment
