Position Overview

Type of Position: Travel. You must live more than 50 miles outside of Rochester, NY to be considered for this position.

Position Overview

• 36 or 48 hours per week
  
• Day/Evening/Night rotating shift schedules
  
• Floating, weekends, holidays, on-call, callback, and charge duties per unit needs
  
• 11/10 start only
  

Job Duties

• Work in a fast-paced Adult Emergency Department (ED) in a state-of-the-art facility
  
• Manage care in a department that handles more than 100,000 visits annually
  
• Work at one of the busiest trauma centers in the country
  
• Serve as the only Level I trauma hospital in the area
  
• Treat a diverse patient population
  
• Assist with boarder patients
  

Job Requirements

• RN License (NY License ONLY)
  
• Two (2) years ED experience
  
• Telemetry experience required
  
• Must have previous travel ER experience
  
• ER is not able to support first time travelers
  

Certifications

• BLS (American Heart Association ONLY)
  
• ACLS (American Heart Association ONLY)
  
• NIHSS (Preferred)
