Genesis10 is currently seeking a Sr. Salesforce Consultant with our client in the transportation industry in their Atlanta, GA location. This is a 12 + month contract position. Description: Seeking a Sr. Salesforce Consultant Our client is on a journey to becoming the best IT organization in the airline industry, a journey of transformation. Responsibilities: Facilitate the implementation and support of Salesforce modules to enhance the clients' business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction Design, configure, and test various Salesforce Modules Analyzes the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend/develop solutions to meet the client's need Carry out complex or Client assignments requiring the development of new or improved procedures Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards Requirements: 6+ years of experience Experience building user profiles, permission sets, and groups Ability to articulate why you would build a process in Salesforce and how to business stakeholders and other counterparts in IT Able to troubleshoot and reverse engineer when flows do not work as expected or user's experience in the system does not align with trained process Experience with configuring Sales Cloud specific functionality Familiarity with deploying change sets and managing change in complex environments If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!
