What You’ll Do

• Represent client brands through face-to-face promotional campaigns in retail settings
• Engage with customers to build relationships, answer questions, and promote products/services
• Collaborate with teammates to integrate marketing strategies with real-time sales initiatives
• Learn and master product knowledge to effectively communicate value to customers
• Identify new sales opportunities and contribute to team and individual goals
• Participate in ongoing training, development, and leadership workshops

Who We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, retail, or related fields preferred (but not required)
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented individuals
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• Comfortable working face-to-face with customers in a fast-paced environment
