Role Overview

This contract has the potential to go for a year and be hired on for the right talent. It is a 30 hour a week hybrid 3 days a week in Edina/Bloomington. Is it you?

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute a cohesive social media strategy aligned with our clients brand goals.
• Create engaging content including copywriting, visuals, and multimedia tailored for each platform.
• Schedule and publish posts across multiple social channels.
• Monitor social media activity daily, responding to comments, messages, and community engagement opportunities.
• Track performance metrics, report on analytics, and make recommendations to improve results.
• Partner closely with marketing, communications, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Stay on top of trends and emerging social platforms to keep our social presence fresh and competitive.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media management, with a strong portfolio or examples of past work.
• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft compelling, brand?aligned messages.
• Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools.
• Strong history of small company experience (youll need to be able to run this mostly on your own).
• Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or native social media insights.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple platforms and campaigns simultaneously.
• Creativity, enthusiasm, and a passion for building vibrant online communities.
• Minimum of 4 years of hands?on experience in social media marketing, content creation, and community management.
• Strong recent social media experience in LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and other platforms.
• Strong portfolio of your work.
• Experience in professional services organizations highly desired.
• Experience in design and tech (Canva, Hootsuite, HubSpot) highly desired.
• Strong experience in paid and organic social.
• Ability to go on?site to Edina/Bloomington 3 days a week.
