ABOUT THE ROLE:  

As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solutions Consultant at CRM Forge Solutions, you will be instrumental in guiding our diverse clients through the full lifecycle of their marketing automation initiatives. This role involves managing end-to-end campaign execution within Marketing Cloud, developing intricate customer journey strategies, designing sophisticated nurture programs, leveraging advanced analytics for optimization, and providing expert guidance on all aspects of the platform for multiple client projects. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience exclusively with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, possess strong analytical and client management skills, and demonstrate a profound passion for leveraging marketing technology to drive client success.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement high-level marketing strategies leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud, encompassing advanced email, SMS, Push strategies, sophisticated automation, and tailored customer journeys.
  • Set up and configure Marketing Cloud instances from the ground up, implement technology and processes set up for long-term success.
  • Architect and maintain a sophisticated Marketing Cloud framework to ensure scalability, effectiveness, and alignment with organizational goals for multiple clients.
  • Design and architect solutions involving integrations with other Marketing Technologies, specifically within the Marketing Cloud environment.
  • Translate client requirements into technical solutions, effectively communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders across various projects.
  • Provide expert guidance and hands-on execution for all aspects of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including but not limited to email studio, journey builder, automation studio, mobile studio, and advertising studio.
  • Perform data segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing within Marketing Cloud to optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with clients to define marketing objectives and translate them into actionable Marketing Cloud strategies and implementations.

A successful candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of demonstrable, hands-on experience exclusively in Salesforce Marketing Cloud roles with a strategic and executional focus.
  • Proven track record in leading strategic marketing campaigns and initiatives using Salesforce Marketing Cloud for multiple clients.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certification is highly desired.
  • Advanced proficiency in Ampscript, SSJS and complemented by a deep understanding of backend functionalities within Marketing Cloud.
  • Expertise in crafting and executing complex marketing automation journeys using Journey Builder and a strong command of AMPscript and SQL for data segmentation and personalization within Marketing Cloud.
  • Extensive experience in seamlessly integrating SFMC with CRM systems (with a clear understanding of data flow specific to Marketing Cloud needs), Data Cloud, and other platforms relevant to Marketing Cloud functionalities.
  • Exceptional project ownership skills, adept at autonomously driving initiatives and delivering end-to-end solutions for multiple clients with minimal supervision.
  • Strong adaptability to a fast-paced agency environment, managing multiple projects concurrently, with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication abilities.
  • A strategic mindset with a proactive, entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving, focused on delivering measurable results through Marketing Cloud.
