Our Community Health Nurses provide skilled, compassionate care to patients in their homes—helping individuals remain where they feel most comfortable 🏡. We work to the top of our licensure and collaborate closely within a comprehensive, interdisciplinary team that includes:
Registered Nurses (RNs) 🩺
Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs)
Physical Therapists (PTs)
Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs)
Social Workers
Dedicated Administrative Support
Together, we ensure each patient receives the highest level of personalized, at-home care.
Qualifications1+ year of home health or public health nursing experience preferred, OR a combination of education and experience that provides comparable skills
Home care experience is helpful but not required —we will happily train motivated candidates who are eager to learn 🌟
$10,000 Sign-On Bonus for external applicants (prorated for part-time roles) 🎉
Mileage reimbursed at federal gas rates 🚗💨
On-call: Not required 🙌
