Job Description
On-site full-time position (8:00 – 5:00 Monday through Friday) as a receptionist/front office assistant at a busy law firm. Primary duties are answering phones and greeting clients, but may also include light bookkeeping, assisting attorneys and other office staff along with other duties as assigned. Positive attitude with excellent phone etiquette, work well with others, good typing skills with attention to detail and having a solid grasp of grammar is required to succeed in this position.
