Property Manager | 100+ unit LIHTC/Section 8 Rental | $52K + Bonus, Full Benefits Your new company HAYS Recruitment is partnered with a national investor, owner/operator, and developer specializing in affordable housing that has over 20,000 units in their portfolio along with an asset pipeline worth over $6 billion. Your new role As the Property Manager, you will oversee the overall operations of a recently acquired 100-unit project-based Section 8/LIHTC rental building in Kinston, North Carolina. The Property Manager will be supported by a Service Manager and a Service Coordinator.
