Job summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager with 7 to 11 years of experience in Embedded Systems, specifically with expertise in C/C++, Python3, QNX, and Linux. The ideal candidate will oversee the successful execution of projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and delivering impactful solutions. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of both remote and in-office work with no travel required.

Experience: 7 to 11 Years

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the planning and implementation of embedded systems projects.
2. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
3. Provide technical guidance and support in C/C++, Python3, QNX, and Linux.
4. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
5. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
6. Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients and other staff members.
7. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
8. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
9. Report and escalate to management as needed.
10. Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
11. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
12. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
13. Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes.

Qualifications:

1. Possess a strong background in embedded systems with expertise in C/C++ and Python3.
2. Have experience working with QNX and Linux operating systems.
3. Demonstrate excellent project management skills with a proven track record.
4. Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
5. Show proficiency in project management software tools.
6. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Certifications Required: PMP Certification, Embedded Systems Certification
