Program Financial Analyst (Entry-Level)
Employer: NASA Facilities Maintenance Division
Location: Houston, TX
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday
Pay: $80k, based on experience
Our client is hiring a Program Financial Analyst to support project and financial operations. This position involves tracking budgets, preparing reports, and supporting program schedules.
It’s an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who wants to build a career in program finance, budgeting, and project controls .
Key Responsibilities:Assist in preparing budgets, schedules, and cost reports for projects.
Review invoices, travel vouchers, and financial transactions for accuracy.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
Support risk analysis, contract performance reviews, and reporting.
Act as a liaison between operations and administrative/finance teams.
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience : At least internship, co-op, or 0–2 years of related experience in finance, accounting, or program support.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
Valid driver’s license, background check, and drug screening required.
Experience with project control, budgeting, or federal contracting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, databases, or financial software.
