Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Registered Professional Land Surveyor to join our team on-site at our Baltimore, MD location. The role involves performing and overseeing various surveying tasks such as conducting topographic and land surveys, utilizing total stations, and managing building and boundary surveys. The selected candidate will manage survey projects, analyze survey data, and ensure compliance with applicable standards and guidelines. Collaboration with other team members, clients, and stakeholders will be an integral part of day-to-day responsibilities.
Proficiency in Topographic Surveys and Land Surveying
Expertise in Building Surveying and Surveying principles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and project management abilities
Current Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS)
Effective communication and teamwork skills
