Job Description
Position: Production Supervisor - Bilingual English / Spanish - Food Manufacturing
Shift: Must be flexible - will likely be nights - 4:00 PM - 4:00 AM - 3/3/1 rotation, every other weekend off
Compensation: $75-80k base salary DOE, overtime pay, bonus opportunity, relocation
Location: Memphis, TN (South Memphis area)
Global food manufacturer is in search of an experienced bilingual Production Supervisor to join its team, focused on leadership of food manufacturing lines within its state-of-the-art, heavily-automated facility in Memphis, TN . This position will supervise hourly associates on automated food manufacturing lines and will be accountable for production targets, safety, and quality within the plant.
Key requirements to be considered for this opportunity:
Our client will offer a base salary of $75k-80k depending on experience, overtime pay, bonus opportunity, excellent benefits that begin on day one of employment, generous PTO plan, and a matching 401(k). Relocation package will also be provided. The company has had consistent growth within the Memphis operation, with much more planned, so future opportunities for advancement will be plentiful.
