Pay Rate: $22–$28 per hour
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are a promotional products company seeking an experienced Printing Estimator with a strong background in print-related services, specifically lithographic, digital, and fulfillment operations. This is a critical role that supports both daily estimating tasks and purchasing functions related to paper and supplies.
Candidates lacking specific print experience will not be considered.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Provide accurate and timely estimates for lithographic and digital printing jobs
• Support purchasing activities by sourcing paper and print-related materials
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure competitive pricing and delivery timelines
• Collaborate with production and account management teams to meet client specifications
Required Qualifications:
• 3–5 years of experience in the printing industry
• 3–5 years of estimating experience specific to lithographic and digital printing processes
• Deep understanding of lithographic manufacturing
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong interpersonal abilities and highly organized work style
