Location: Minneapolis, MN 55402 (Hybrid)

Contract Duration: Through August 17, 2026; could extend

Pay Range: $30–$40/hour W2

York Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Print Project Manager to join a leading retail partner's in-store marketing team. This is a hybrid role based in Minneapolis where you’ll oversee the production lifecycle of print marketing materials across multiple business categories. You’ll ensure flawless execution from concept to delivery while identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Execution: Manage print production efforts for in-store marketing campaigns, ensuring mechanical files meet all specifications and deliverables are met on time.
• Vendor Coordination: Review vendor specifications and production files for accuracy and quality assurance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams in Minneapolis and offshore partners in India to align workflows and drive operational efficiency.
• Budget & Estimates: Prepare project estimates, track costs, and maintain transparency with stakeholders throughout the production lifecycle.
• Creative Translation: Serve as the bridge between creative concepts and technical production, advising on materials, color accuracy, and store hardware compatibility.
• Technical Expertise: Apply knowledge of store layouts and display systems to ensure marketing elements function properly across store environments.
• Process Innovation: Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by developing scalable production solutions and optimizing workflows.
