Primary Function of Position Responsible for development, implementation and tactical day-to-day operations of physical security and associated programs in the designated region. This role will safeguard the company\u2019s critical assets—employees, facilities, operations, and reputation—across the region. It involves cross-functional collaboration to ensure a coordinated security approach and emergency management, and building professional relationships with key regional stakeholders. Responsibilities Enterprise Security Management: Maintain and audit against company policies and standards for protection of Intuitive facilities. Direct site security and advise site leaders on policies, standards, systems (perimeter security, parking management, lighting and signage, video management/analytics, access controls, intrusion alarms, guard force operations). Research and deploy innovative security techniques and tools. Provide timely incident status, notifications, metrics, and reports to foster organizational clarity and response. Oversee a governance framework to ensure program compliance and alignment with industry standards; develop and maintain relationships with executive leadership, internal stakeholders, and external entities (government and law enforcement, regulatory bodies, industry peers). Develop adherence strategies with Finance/Purchasing/Legal as appropriate; create SOPs and working instructions. Program Management: Oversee one or multiple projects, guiding strategic development and day-to-day operations. Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and develop synergy across the enterprise. Programs include Emergency Management, Executive Protection, Event Security, Guard Force, Parking Management, Asset Protection, Supply Systems Security, Global Key Management, and related facilities security regulations; ensure training, documentation and compliance. Coordinate design and installation of security access control and surveillance systems for new facilities and improvements. Train and develop security staff; ensure compliance with security standards and industry practices. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Required Skills and Experience 5+ years' experience as a people leader/manager in physical security or related fields (e.g., law enforcement). 5+ years' experience with managing, developing and initiating programs. 3+ years in program development/management. Required Education and Training Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, or 8 years of security operations experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory/managerial role. Working Conditions Up to 35% travel. Preferred Skills and Experience Experience in special event security and management. Proficiency with software tools including Microsoft Office, SmartSheets, OneNote, etc. Additional Information Due to the nature of the role, vaccination proof may be required for certain diseases (e.g., COVID-19).
