Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Patient Care Coordinator. The Patient Care Coordinator will be responsible for managing patient interactions, including scheduling appointments, coordinating care plans, and providing consistent communication between patients and healthcare providers. Daily tasks will involve maintaining patient records, ensuring accurate use of medical terminology, and delivering exceptional service through professional phone etiquette. The role is pivotal in fostering a seamless and supportive patient care experience. Qualifications Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and Care Coordination Strong understanding of Medical Terminology and Patient Care processes Exceptional Phone Etiquette, with strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask, pay attention to detail, and manage time efficiently Experience in a healthcare or patient-facing role preferred Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is an advantage High school diploma or GED required; a degree or certification in healthcare-related fields is a plus
