The Role/Ideal Candidate 3-6 years of experience in patent litigation and/or prosecution law Candidates need pharmaceutical patent litigation experience, preferably Hatch-Waxman Litigation experience Performing tasks such as drafting briefs and related motions and drafting and responding to discovery requests and letters from opposing counsel. Candidate should also be able to break down and assess patent demands, work up invalidity arguments, draft office action responses and help draft applications.
