Paralegal Paralegal

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Paralegal to support our legal team in various aspects of case management and legal research. The ideal candidate will assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and closings, while ensuring that all necessary documentation is accurate and submitted on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support case preparation.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
• File documents with the court and manage case files efficiently.
• Assist in trial preparation by organizing exhibits and preparing trial binders.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court officials as needed.
• Maintain an updated knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a legal setting.
• Certification from an accredited paralegal program is preferred.
• Proficient in legal research and writing.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in Family Law and Litigation is a plus.
