We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to support the daily operations of our brand-new office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and is passionate about creating a smooth and welcoming workplace experience.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

Office Supplies Management
  • Order, stock, and maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers
Travel Coordination
  • Arrange domestic and international travel for staff, including flights, hotels, and transportation
  • Manage itineraries and expense tracking
Meeting & Calendar Management
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, conference calls, and appointments
  • Prepare meeting materials and ensure technology setup
Front Desk & Visitor Experience
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors
  • Maintain a professional and friendly reception area
Administrative Support
  • Create and manage documents, presentations, and reports using Excel and PowerPoint
  • Support onboarding of new employees and assist with HR-related tasks
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or Administrative Coordinator
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Experience with travel booking platforms and calendar tools (e.g., Outlook, Google Calendar)
