Office Admin
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an Office Admin with 2 years of experience, for a full-time role, this is a Temp to Perm opportunity located in Farmingdale, NY.
Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and contractors to maintain office functionality.

• Monitor and manage office budgets, supply inventory, and procurement processes.

• Support operational reporting by collecting and organizing data for performance metrics.

• Assist in the development and implementation of office procedures and operational policies.

• Track and manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.

• Maintain accurate records of contracts, invoices, and operational documentation.

• Liaise with IT, HR, and Finance departments to support cross-functional operations.

Qualifications:

• Ability to multitask and work multiple projects

Employment Type: Full time, Temp to Perm
Salary: $18-21/hr

 

Pay Details: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
