The Interventional Radiology (IR) Advanced Practice Provider (APP) will provide clinical care services to pediatric and adult patients at the University of Minnesota Medical Center (UMMC) in Minneapolis, including both East and West bank campus hospitals and the M Health Clinics and Surgery Center (CSC).

This APP will join a team of 9 Interventional Radiologist physicians and 7 APPs providing inpatient and outpatient care in a role primarily at the East Bank and CSC. Duties will include seeing patients in the hospital and clinic, reviewing primarily outpatient consultations, triaging and preparing case requests, reviewing pertinent imaging, placing pre-procedure orders and being a referral resource for other medical services. Role is 100% clinical with no procedural expectations.

In This Role, You Will:

• 1.0 FTE to support M Health Fairview UMMC East and West Bank and CSC. Primary locations East Bank and CSC.
• This will include working primarily Monday-Friday, daytime hours.
• Work independently performing outpatient consultation, follow-up care, triage, order entry, reviewing pertinent imaging and being a referral resource for other medical services.
• Work to improve the quality of care, collaboration, and communication to patients and families in a hospital and clinic with pediatric and adult services.
• Provide support to other general interventional radiology practice work tasks.

Were Looking for an NP or PA Who Is:

• NP candidates must be certified through ANCC or AANP and require Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Certification. PA candidates must be certified through the NCCPA and meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges.
• Minnesota state license, DEA, BLS, ACLS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional collaboration abilities.
• Understands and places importance on patient care/service.
• Detail oriented and self-motivated.

The full-time salary range is $125,759 - $155,660 commensurate with practice experience and may also include incentive compensation or additional specialty-specific compensation components. Salary prorated based on FTE.
