Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, relationship-driven Mortgage Lender who can build strong connections within the community, guide clients through the lending process, and generate new business. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, confident in their sales abilities, and passionate about helping people find the right mortgage solution.

We are looking to expand our presence in Cincinnati. This presents a great opportunity for someone with experience to join the team and have support in growing within the area!

What You’ll Do:

• Originate and manage residential mortgage loans from application to closing.
• Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with real estate agents, builders, attorneys, and community partners.
• Advise clients on loan options, eligibility, and the lending process.
• Ensure compliance with lending regulations and company policies.
• Actively pursue new business opportunities to grow your pipeline.

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in mortgage lending, banking, or financial services preferred.
• Proven sales and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and client service abilities.
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and mortgage products.
• Self-starter with the drive to achieve and exceed goals.
