Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage and convert inbound leads.

• Originate mortgage loans across multiple states where you are licensed.

• Provide expert guidance to clients on rate options and loan structuring.

• Actively manage your loan pipeline using our intuitive, streamlined systems.

• Collaborate effectively with our in-house processing and support teams.

• Build and enhance your professional online brand with assistance from our marketing specialists.

• (Optional) Participate in our referral program to establish a long-term income stream by recruiting new Loan Officers.

Who We're Looking For:

• Possession of an active NMLS license .

• Currently licensed and/or based in the U.S. (with a focus on: AL, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IA, IN, LA, MD, MI, MS, MT, NC, NE, OH, OK, PA, TX).

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in residential mortgage lending.

• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote setting.

• Eager to develop a personal brand and master the brokerage model.

• A professional, self-driven individual committed to exceptional client outcomes.
